NSWOC Nurse

Attention all RN's we have a position for you! We are looking for qualified NSWOC nursing professionals to provide in-home support in Waterloo Wellington.

Responsibilities:

  •  Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound, ostomy, and continence care.
  • Provide patient, family, and caregiver education to support self-management.
  • Consult with healthcare providers on complex cases and best practices.
  • Support staff education and clinical competency development.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient outcomes

Role Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Completion of an accredited NSWOC education program or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in wound, ostomy, and continence care.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
